刘东军研究员简介
     
刘东军,男,汉族,196312月出生。现为内蒙古大学国家动物转基因技术研究中心研究员,博士研究生导师,主要从事家畜繁殖生物学及生物技术的研究工作。先后任中国生殖生物学会理事、中国农业生物技术学会动物生物技术分会理事、内蒙古动物学会副理事长、内蒙古生物工程学会副理事长,内蒙古呼和浩特市赛罕区人大常委、科协副主席。

1987 年开始师从旭日干院士从事哺乳动物繁殖生物学技术的研究工作。在攻读硕士学位研究生期间培育出了我国首批冷冻保存“试管小鼠”。在此期间还参加了“牛羊体外受精技术的研究”工作,为培育出我国首胎、首批“试管绵羊”和“试管牛” 做出了贡献,获得了内蒙古自治区科技进步一等奖。

硕士毕业后,主要就哺乳动物体外受精技术、胚胎冷冻保存技术以及胚胎移植技术等方面进行了系统的研究,并作为访问学者在澳大力亚进行了为期一年半的学术研究,先后获得国家科技进步二等奖、国家西部开发突出贡献奖、杜邦科技创新奖等多项奖励。

2000 年后主持了等多项国家自然科学基金项目、教育部重点研究项目和自治区自然科学基金项目研究课题,并获得了博士学位。近年来主持了国家转基因生物新品种培育科技重大专项“高产绒量转基因绒山羊新品种培育”、国家 863 项目“家畜胚胎干细胞技术研究”、国家科技支撑计划“肉羊特色种质资源群体选育与创新利用”等重大科研项目,入选内蒙古自治区党委组织部 “草原英才”计划,被评为“2012年度自治区有突出贡献中青年专家”,同时还获得内蒙古大学科学技术创新特殊贡献奖、内蒙古大学“优秀研究生指导教师”等多项奖励。在国内外学术期刊发表论文100 余篇,其中被 SCI 收录的30余篇。

目前研究内容主要包括:家畜转基因及体细胞克隆技术、家畜功能基因筛选及功能验证、家畜胚胎干细胞及多能干细胞、家畜胚胎早期发育机理等。
