范丽菲副教授简介

1983年9月出生,英国布里斯托大学医学院博士、博士后。中山大学本科、硕士。2012年5月回国加盟内蒙古大学生命科学院。研究兴趣为DNA复制与肿瘤发生,主要研究DNA复制与地方性高发肿瘤的内在联系、研究传统蒙药的抗癌机理、研究RhoG蛋白与肿瘤的迁移与浸润。主要研究成果发现了化学合成的降脂药物胡椒酸钾对乳腺肿瘤细胞的增殖有较强的抑制作用,并且可以特异性阻止乳腺肿瘤细胞的G1/S转接,抑制乳腺肿瘤细胞DNA复制并诱导乳腺肿瘤细胞凋亡。发现了非典型RhoG蛋白Rif具有多重功能:1Rif作为细胞骨架调节因子可以诱导产生重要的stress fiberfilopodia细胞骨架结构;2)RifG蛋白不仅可以发挥G蛋白激酶活性,激发下游信号通路,还可以作为调节分子来调节其他小Rho蛋白的活性,抑制神经突的生成。
