发现并揭示复制起始蛋白DnaA介导的转录衰减新型核糖开关(见下图);揭示DnaA对DNA复制与修复、基因表达的调控机制;发现QseBC信号通路调控dnaA基因表达;发现基因表达的空间调控新模式;发现快速复制引发复制叉之间的相互分离和高频自发突变;发现天冬氨酸代谢对细胞周期的协同作用。
